M-isms. Some Things About M.
After being home for almost a month little M has a small English
vocabulary under her belt. She says “uppa” (up), “dowww”
(down),“peeee” (please), “moe” (more), “byah-byah” (byebye),
“thattoo” (thank-you) “tar” (car), “uh-uh” (for uh-oh),”bobo”
(boobies…don’t ask), “mama”, and “baba” (the Chinese word for
daddy, hence the half english word)
~She waves hello and goodbye. To EVERYONE.
~She loves cars, and loves looking out the windows in our house.
~Instead of crying when she gets hurt she gets mad. The other
day, she slipped and hit her head on the corner of the wall, and
she yelled at the wall, then kicked it, then yelled again because
she hurt her foot.
~She still often cries in her sleep, and it makes me very sad.
~She gets very excited about the things she loves, and does the
cutest happy dance.
~She tries VERY hard to make me happy, and LOVES it when we
clap for her.
~Whenever she sees leaves on a tree being blown by the wind, she
blows toward them, and then looks so proud, as if she made the
leaves move.
~She watches me do my hair and makeup every day, and copies
every move I make.
~She follows me so fast around the house that when
I slow down or stop, she runs into my behind
~She still loves her bath. Very much.
~She loves to go out. Anywhere.
~She loves having her feet, legs and arms rubbed.
~She like to hold my hand while she is in my lap, and
will often take my hand and rub it on her cheek.
She is beautiful, independent, stubborn, strong, sassy, loving, and
so precious. And I love her more and more every day.
