Toothless…

Finally. Finally…that loose tooth on top that little M has been hanging on to for for.eh.vah. is out.

We were beginning to think we were going to need to have an intervention. Our girl was adamant about that tooth staying in there. It was ready to be taken out MONTHS ago…

I seriously don’t know how she did it. You guys. Little M sucks her thumb at night. In the morning that little tooth would be sticking almost straight out from her mouth.
But our girl would just straighten it up, and stick it back up in there. I know. Gross.

Just looking at it was really beginning to damage my calm.

So I am relieved that it is gone.
I am also relieved that I didn’t have to see it come out…makes me a little queasy.

Since our girl doesn’t do anything the easy way, she woke up in the middle of the night, special, to pull her own tooth out. Then she set it on her bedside table, and brought it to us first thing in the morning.
Sweet baby girl didn’t want to wake us up, because “you need your rest, mommy, and there wasn’t anything to be upset or worried about.”
Bless it.

And now, hopefully, we can have a little break before any more loose tooth drama.

Oh, she looks so adorable with her tooth missing! I am truly amazed it didn't fall out when she was eating or brushing. Once they start coming out it seems to be loose teeth all over the place! Maybe she will let the others come out quicker now that she knows it was no big deal? With our boys so close together, we sometimes lose three teeth a week.

Absolutely precious. It's amazing how long that tooth stay in her mouth. Josie's lost 2 teeth this past week. We're on a roll again with the tooth fairy.
