So Naked.
The other day I was doing some clothes shopping and little M was with me.
She likes it when I try on clothes because she gets to look at herself in the giant dressing room mirror. She likes to look at herself. A lot.
While I was all caught up in the stress of clothes- trying- on (seriously, all that stress is not good for a person), I was unaware that little M had ceased watching herself, and was intently and happily watching me.
I was made aware of the fact that she was watching me when she said, loud enough for this whole store to hear, “Mommy, so naked! So naked!” Then she clapped and did a little dance. Weirdo.
The child seriously won’t talk above a whisper when we are outside, but inside, talking about naked…that’s when she finds her voice. Ha!
