Our Little Blossom…
Weeks ago we went to take cherry blossom pictures. It’s a must around these parts…it just is.
And yes, I can’t believeI am just now posting these either. Gah, what a slacker.
Little M is the cutest thing ever with a cherry blossom background, and the day was a little overcast…perfect for pictures!
She ran all over like a crazy person, and was very disappointed to learn that we were taking pictures before playing at the park
Little M is most happy when she is carrying some sort of nature in her hands. I don’t get it, but whatever makes my girl happy…
What does NOT make little M happy are bugs…especially “flugs” (flies).
The blossoms were beautiful this year, and we loved going with our friends, Kelly and Ruthie. Now every time we meet up with them, little M asks if we are taking pictures…cute! And also, please notice that she is still holding on to her nature.

I love her dress! Where did you get that?! We're adopting a little 2 year old from China this year.
i love that you let her be herself… nature and all. My mom always did, and i was forever pick up up rocks and flowers (and the occasional frog) much to her chagrin. But it served me well, and i grew up loving science and nature and it shaped who i am today. I thank God for a mom who saw that from an early age and let me be a tree-climbing, nature-loving girl just as you do with your lovely little M! 🙂 Perhaps she will be a botanist or an ecologist…or just have the most lovely gardens when she is an adult. LOL. Kudos to you! 🙂

Bringingyefenhome, the dress is from a shop on etsy, called Pink Mouse, but they aren't selling much now. Harmony Girl's clothing has similar dresses, and I like their clothes, as well. Good luck!
