Old Frame, New Frame

Except it’s really new frame, new frame. But I made the new look old, so it could be new frame, old frame. (and I just lost all of my readers…) Anyhoo, a friend of mine has a darling little antique shop, and needed a cute little something to put her store hours in, and this is right up my alley, so I put this together.

I added little wood embellishments from Home Depot, and dry brushed all raised and cornered parts with some brown paint:

Then, I painted the whole thing white. Two coats:

Then I sanded all of my previously brown parts, and there you have it!
