Medical Appointment…

Today was day six with our tiny P, who is still as sad and morose as she was on day two, sadly…

Today was tiny P’s medical appointment, and this time around, since we were adopting a child under the age of two, she did not have to have blood drawn for a tb test.

Poor tiny P didn’t realize that this news should have made her happy, and she cried the entire time…

Except, ironically, during the actual exams…

During the exams she was calm and content to be poked at and prodded.

The medical exam clinic was super crowded, so we had a long wait, but then we flew through the three exam stations, and she was pronounced good to go.

Little M kept her happy with some baby puffs while we finished up, and then we headed back to the hotel to let tiny P rest.

Tomorrow is a new day with new hope… and we are hoping for a happier tiny P!

Little M looks so proud! What an incredible big sister! Wouldn't surprise me if she's the first to coax a little smile out of Tiny P. It will happen! Hugs and prayers!

Prayers are coming your way! It's so hard to watch them grieve so much. She is absolutely precious, even as sad as she is. It will make those smiles seem so much more special! How is she sleeping? Will she smile for Little M and J? Here's hoping for turning a corner now that you're in a new place with her!
