Heartiversary…

How appropriate that the anniversary of our tiny P’s heart transplant should fall on Thanksgiving…we are so grateful that our baby was given this heart, this hope for a full life.
We are celebrating two years today. Our tiny P is vibrant and sassy and so full of life because of the gift she was given two years ago.
So thankful
So grateful
So very blessed…
