Good Fortune…

We have been crafting it up here, because it is still freezing…

And we’ve been theming it with Chinese New Year coming!

Little M took this very seriously, and painted a TON of sticks to make frames with!

I printed off these Chinese letters for good fortune, and we painted some (also, can I just say how much I adore my girl’s cheeks?!)…

Baby J traced his with a crayon…

And little M switched to a sharpie, which she liked much better than paints.

Baby J worked hard on his tracing, and then he got excited and scribbled over the whole thing, ha.

We glued our frames on, and added some red cord to hang them.

And we have good fortune signs for CNY!

And some proud babies!

How wonderful! They both did a marvelous job. We've had 2 snow days and spent today doing some CNY preparations too. Happy Year of the Horse!

Ooh what a cute craft! We're having a CNY party this year so I need to read your blog to find out what you've done in the past for it!! You always have such great ideas! 🙂

We've been crafting like crazy ourselves. I was just sorting out a bunch of photos to post of various projects in the happening. Not of the Chinese variety but baby shower and things for various Valentine's celebrations we are part of. So much fun! It is wonderful to have so much to celebrate, is it not?
