Garlands Of Love…

Little M has been very into “crapting” lately. I think it’s so cute the way she says it, I can’t bring myself to correct her, so when she says she wants to do a “crapt,” I don’t correct her.

The four year old was VERY into heart crafts. She especially loves anything with scissors or a paper punch…

She worked very hard to cut her paper into strips…I just love that little concentrating face.

Then we stapled… the stapler is another of little M’s great loves, second only to scissors, and equal to her love of tape.
We stapled the strips in to heart shapes adding as we went until we had a fun garland…

Then little M went to work with a heart punch. She punched and punched to her heart’s content.
Then she started gluing…

She glued a ribbon between two hearts, and came up with a very cute garland…

She was beyond proud…

Every day she tells me how the garlands are her “crapt,” and we talk about how she made them…

And every day I am very proud of my little “crapter.”
