Four Weeks

This girl has been ours, has been in our family now, for four weeks.

It has been a crazy four weeks. Adding a two year old to the mix has definitely made life interesting. And fun.

When you see this smile, you can’t help but smile back
And even though we know life is about to get even crazier, for now we are enjoying every minute we have with this girl.

We are working hard to gain her trust, and are so pleased every time she opens up a little bit more.
She just fits into our family so well.

We love this girl.

Joanna- I have been popping in looking to see what is up w/ your family of 3 and loving all the news you share regarding Mackenzie. I can't remember if I told you, but, we are out of the Taiwan prog, just signed contracts with AGCI for the Ethiopian program and we, with your influence, have signed on w/ a request for a toddler or a SN infant or toddler. We hold you in our hearts and our prayers.Keep well-mlynnehttp://ourafricanbundleofjoy.blogspot.com/

OMG, her smile is just infectious!!! You are right that you can't help but smile when you see her smile. Looks like she is totally happy at home!! I am TOTALLY envious that you have your fall stuff out already… I'm just not that organized any more now that we have 2 kiddos. Hopefully I'll get on the ball soon, b/c I DO love the fall!! 🙂

Hi,I have been reading your blog since before you even had your referral. Congratulations on your beautiful daughter! I think you are still trying to adopt from Taiwan right? I don't know what agency you are using but our agency is having a crafting fundraiser though JoANN's fabrics. You could win $1,500. That would be a lot of cute clothes for Miss M! I am not crafty, but I thought of you when I got the email.
