Four Months…

He loves cars, and he could play with them for hours.
He loves his sister. He loves playing with her and tormenting her.
He knows that we are his “fallimy” (family).
He is forgetting his Chinese, and that makes me a little sad.
He is speaking almost fully in English, but he still throws a Chinese word in the mix, sometimes.

He is loud. The only time he is quiet is when he is sleeping, and when we make him whisper in church.
He is the most stubborn person I know.
He is the most affectionate and loving little boy ever.
He is very sensitive, and gets his feelings hurt easily.
He can cry for a very long time when his feelings are hurt.
He has a high pain tolerance, and has only once in four months cried when he got hurt.

He is starting to show some positive signs of attachment…
He wants to be able to see me all of the time, and he gets a little nervous when he can’t.
He asks me for hugs often.
He is beyond happy when his daddy comes home from work.
He gets so happy when little M deigns to hug him, that he shakes with joy.

He is still in diapers, and I am not in any hurry to change that (also, it is impossible to even think about potty training with a cast).
He loves his pink baby, and every time he sees pink baby he yells “baby!!!” and hugs it.
He also loves his stuffed “dinosaurah” (dinosaur), and takes it everywhere we go.
He LOVES food, and loves to eat. He could sit and eat all day if we would let him.
He makes everyone sitting the table at every meal say “cheers” with him and clink glasses with his sippy cup.

He has been in a cast for fourteen weeks, out of the seventeen weeks he’s been home. Gah.
He is cheerful, and almost never in a bad mood.
He loves to play with anyone.
He has the greatest laugh.
He likes books, and loves to be read to.
He loves music, and starts dancing whenever he hears it. His dancing is hysterical, and I will get a video soon.
He has started singing with the radio in the car. Adorbs…
