Climbing a Ladder

I have been looking for a ladder for quite some time, and have dragged Josh to many antique stores looking for just the right one, but they were the wrong color, too short, or too tall. Well, I finally found one! Online, no less! It is perfect, just what I had in mind. Behold, see for yourself:
How perfect!! I took some picture frames, and hung them from some wore clothes hangers, and on the bottom rung I hung a little basket for Mackenzie’s books.
I am so happy with this!!

I *love* this!! How did you anchor it to the wall? (I'm always worried that small hands will pull the shelves down on top of them…)

I loved this when I saw it unfinished in person last week, and I still love it! But ditto what Jennifer said — you'll need to find a way to keep it toppling over when Mackenzie grabs for the books and photos. 🙂 (I can suggest some ideas if you need them) And your blog is now important enough to get spam comments — congrats! 🙂

I can understand that you are happy with your ladder and I love the way you decorated it. Those foto's look great displayed like that.
