Celebrations…
We spent our Easter at home just relaxing with friends this year. Little M has been talking about having an egg hunt for weeks, and so that is what we had planned to do. We were going to do it outside, but it rained, so we did it in our basement…
While I was disappointed about the bad lighting for pictures, the kids were clearly just fine with this scenario.
Our girl was beyond excited… so much so, that she got overwhelmed and made some bad behavior choices that resulted in her not getting to enjoy the eggs she found until the next day.
But she managed to pull it together, and enjoy playing with her friends…
And we all had a wonderful Easter afternoon!

It looks like M had a wonderful day with family and friends! Our Easter egg hunt was super chilly.
The weather sure did turn out yucky for Easter, didn't it? I am glad Allen suggested doing the egg hunt on Saturday since it was supposed to rain on Sunday. Although, it sure doesn't look like the weather dampened M's spirits at all!Happy Easter, friend.
