Burlap And Styrofoam…

Are not easy. I knew they would look good, but I had no idea how glue and burlap do not work well together (thanks to Stephanie for helping and not judging). Burlap is messy, and doesn’t play well with styrofoam, but in the end craftiness prevailed…

We cut strips, and we glued and glued. They kind of look like little mummies…

And I heart them. They are rustic, and look very fall-ish, and I am thinking that with the right ribbon, they will work for Christmas, as well!

Nine of our balls became burlap balls, and the three I had left got covered in paper, and painted.

A little brown, some oranges, some cute ribbon, and I have three little pumpkins!

I really like your burlap balls…but I especially like the log/wood bowl they are housed in. Very fall. Cute pumpkins too.

LOL! You've been busy, I didn't help with all of those… They look great though! I really like the paper pumpkins.

What a great idea. I'm sure I have some burlap kicking around, think I'll try it.
